Spring is here, and the weather is already warmer! We’ve all but put away our winter coats and are making plans to be outside in the sun. I’m back at home after finishing my final teaching prac and completing all my assessments for the end of semester.
This morning I made some fresh juices - Beetroot, Carrot, Orange and Ginger - my favourite! To celebrate being back at home during the day!
