Obviously with a title like that, I will begin by stating this is Liz, to save Dave any shame. Not that he doesn’t love me entirely, I just don’t know if he gets quite as excited about some of the nineties music that i do.
While enjoying a pleasant day at work the other day, i just got this feeling that I really wanted to listen to Alanis Morrisette. That night when I came home I started listening to some new mix cds I’d been given over the weekend. I randomly selected the one that was meant to have not 90s songs, but songs about me/for me/ cant remember - and sure enough it had TWO alanis morrisette songs on it!
As listening to songs off ‘Jagged Little Pill’ (which i got for my 8th birthday), it brought back some good memories and made me reflective and excited about the days ahead.
Thanks girlies - you knew the songs I needed to hear.
