When I was nine, Kathryn got her license and a bright orange car. Back then she loved The Beatles even more than my Dad and wore sun glasses like John Lennon. It was the nineties and she became my favourite cousin, because she would drive me around in her orange car, we would listen to her cool music and I hoped when I was her age I would be just a ready to take on the whole world.
The other week we flew to Brisbane to see Kathryn marry Simon. Being with my family makes me as happy as those times driving around in Kathryn's orange car.
